Roasted Artisan Dew Drop Cabbage
Products Used: Tanimura & Antle Dew Drop Cabbage
Ingredients
- 1 head Tanimura & Antle® Artisan Dew Drop Cabbage
- 4 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut Artisan Dew Drop Cabbage into half, lengthwise, wash and dry
- Brush entire half of Artisan Dew Drop Cabbage with olive oil, season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
- Roast until cabbage is tender and edges are golden, 20-25 minutes
