Roasted Artisan Dew Drop Cabbage

Products Used: Tanimura & Antle Dew Drop Cabbage
Ingredients
  • 1 head Tanimura & Antle® Artisan Dew Drop Cabbage
  • 4 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut Artisan Dew Drop Cabbage into half, lengthwise, wash and dry
  3. Brush entire half of Artisan Dew Drop Cabbage with olive oil, season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
  4. Roast until cabbage is tender and edges are golden, 20-25 minutes
  5. Enjoy!
