Mango Avocado Salsa

Servings: 6-8 Products Used: Tanimura & Antle Artisan® Sweet Italian Red Onion
Ingredients

• 1 cup Tanimura & Antle Artisan® Sweet Italian Red Onion, finely chopped
• 2 Avocados, diced
• 2 Mangoes, diced
• 1 Jalapeno, deseeded and finely chopped
• ½ cup of Fresh cilantro, finely chopped
• 2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
• 1 Tbsp. Extra-virgin olive oil
• ½ tsp. Chilli powder
• ¼ tsp. Cumin
• ¼ tsp. Cayenne pepper (optional)
• Tajin, to taste
• Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. Cut and prepare all ingredients
  2. Mix in a large bowl and let it sit for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to blend
  3. Top with tajin prior to serving
  4. Serve chilled with a tortilla chips
