Lemon Parmesan Broccoli

Servings: 4 Products Used: Tanimura & Antle Broccoli
Ingredients
  • 1 Bunch Tanimura & Antle Broccoli, trimmed into florets
  • 2-3 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2-3 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 Lemon, cut into wedges
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
  1. Steam broccoli florets until tender, about 7-8 minutes.
  2. While broccoli is steaming, heat a large skillet with olive oil.
  3. Add garlic to skillet and reduce heat to low, cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, stirring frequently.
  4. Add steamed broccoli to skillet and stir together. Turn off the heat and add shredded parmesan cheese, stir to combine. 
  5. Serve with lemon wedges and drizzle to serve.
