Artisan Sweet Broccoli Pizza and Artisan Sweet Gem Antipasto Salad

Products Used: Tanimura & Antle Artisan Sweet Broccoli, Artisan Sweet Gem Lettuce & Artisan Sweet Italian Red Onions


Artisan Sweet Gem Antipasto Salad 
• 2 heads Tanimura & Antle Artisan Sweet Gem Lettuce
• 1/2 of an Artisan Sweet Italian Red Onion, ring slices
• 1/2 cup of Mozzarella balls
• 1/4 cup of Kalamata olives
• 1/2 cup of Cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1/2 cup of Salami slices, chunky
• 1/2 cup of Artichoke hearts
• 1/2 tbsp. Oregano
• Balsamic vinegar dressing

Artisan Broccoli Pizza 
• 1 bunch of Artisan Sweet Broccoli, chopped
• 1/4 cup of Artisan Sweet Italian Red Onions, sliced
• 12 slices of Fresh Mozzarella
• 3 cloves of Garlic, sliced
• Premade pizza dough

  1. Follow the directions on the package for the pizza dough. Allow the dough to come to room temperature or let it rise if specified.
  2. Parboil the Artisan Sweet Broccoli until tender. About 2-5 mintues. Let it cool and roughly chop into 3-4″ pieces. Drizzle with olive oil and season to taste.
  3. Slice the mozzarella, Artisan Sweet Red Onion, and garlic for the pizza.
  4. For the salad, chop the Artisan Sweet Gem Lettuce, salami, and artichoke hearts. Slice the Artisan Sweet Red Onion into rings and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  5. Drizzle the pizza dough with olive oil. Add the mozzarella slices, garlic, broccoli, and red onion. Cook according to the directions on the pizza dough package.
  6. To finish the salad, combine the Artisan Sweet Gem, salami, artichoke hearts, Artisan Sweet Red Onion rings, and cherry tomatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle with Balsamic salad dressing and toss to combine.
  7. Serve the freshly cooked pizza and the salad together and enjoy!
