Corned Beef Sliders with Artisan Dew Drop Cabbage

Ingredients

Ingredients: 

  • 12 mini pretzel buns 
  • 1 lb cooked corned beef, sliced thin 
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese, halved 
  • 1 cup quick-pickled Artisan Dew Drop Cabbage Slaw 
  • ½ cup tangy mustard aioli (Dijon + mayo + lemon juice) 
  • Butter for toasting buns 

 

Quick-Pickled Slaw: 

  • 2 cups shredded Artisan Dew Drop Cabbage 
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar 
  • 1 tbsp sugar 
  • ½ tsp salt 
Directions
  1. Combine vinegar, sugar, and salt; toss with cabbage. Let sit 15 min.

  2. Toast buns with butter until golden.

  3. Spread mustard aioli, layer corned beef, Swiss cheese, and slaw.

  4. Serve warm; secure with festive picks.
