Artisan Broccoli Pizza and Sweet Gem Antipasto Salad

Artisan Sweet Gem Antipasto Salad 
• Artisan Sweet Gem
• Artisan Red Onions, ring slices
• Mozzarella balls
• Kalamata olives
• Cherry tomatoes, halved
• Salami slices, chunky
• Artichoke hearts
• Oregano
• Balsamic vinegar dressing

Artisan Broccoli Pizza
• Artisan Broccoli, chopped
• Artisan Red Onions, sliced
• Fresh Mozzarella slices
• Garlic, sliced

• Premade pizza dough

  1. Follow the pizza dough directions on the package, let the dough come to room temperature or let it rise if needed. 
  2. Parboil the Artisan Broccoli, let it cool and roughly chop into 3-4″ pieces, drizzle with olive oil and season to your likings. 
  3. Prepare the other ingredients while the water is boiling. Slice the mozzarella, red onion and garlic for the pizza. Chop the salad ingredients, Sweet Gem lettuce, salami, and artichoke hearts. Slice the red onion into rings, and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  4. Assemble the pizza, drizzle with olive oil, and add the mozzarella slices, garlic, broccoli, and red onion. Cook according to the directions on the pizza dough directions. 
  5. Assemble the salad adding all of the ingredients together, and drizzling an Italian salad dressing. 
  6. Serve and Enjoy!
