Location: Salinas, CA. (Must be amendable to travel to other geographical locations for short-term work assignments)
Pay Range: $23.00 – $26.00 per hours
The Role:In this role you will work within the Accounts Receivable Department. You will work collaboratively with Sales, other departments and customers for your daily responsibilities.
Areas of Responsibility:
Assist in processing daily cash receipts.
Assist in collections, resolving accounts receivable balances.
Work closely with Sales to clear up balances and resolve trouble files.
Provide backup for department as needed-Invoicing duties, credit processing, etc.
Assist with projects assigned by Director of Accounts Receivables, Credit & Collections.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong oral and written communication skills
High school diploma with a minimum of four years accounts receivable/collection experience.
Strong commitment to customer service.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Work and Excel
Ideal candidate:
Must be able to work independently in a busy, small team environment, have excellent communication and organizational skills and great attention to detail.
Must work well with minimal supervision, take initiative, be a self starter, have a sense or urgency and be driven.
Must be able to prioritize workload, track and follow-up with pending matters
