Corned Beef Sliders with Artisan Dew Drop Cabbage

- 12 mini pretzel buns
- 1 lb cooked corned beef, sliced thin
- 6 slices Swiss cheese, halved
- 1 cup quick-pickled Artisan Dew Drop Cabbage Slaw
- ½ cup tangy mustard aioli (Dijon + mayo + lemon juice)
- Butter for toasting buns
Quick-Pickled Slaw:
- 2 cups shredded Artisan Dew Drop Cabbage
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
Directions
Combine vinegar, sugar, and salt; toss with cabbage. Let sit 15 min.
Toast buns with butter until golden.
Spread mustard aioli, layer corned beef, Swiss cheese, and slaw.
Serve warm; secure with festive picks.
