Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must follow the Tanimura & Antle Instagram page to be eligible. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its partner companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or members of the same household of such individuals are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Agreement to Official Rules

By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules.

Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins at 9:00 AM PST on June 30, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on July 13, 2025. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be considered.

How to Enter

This promotion will take place on Instagram only. To enter, participants must:

1. Follow @taproduce on Instagram
2. Like the official giveaway post published on June 30, 2025, at 9:00 AM PST.
3. Optional: Tag up to three (3) friends in separate comments on the post for additional entries

Each valid tag counts as one (1) additional entry. All entry methods will be combined for a total entry count per user. Incomplete, irrelevant, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

Prize Drawing

One (1) winner will be selected on Monday, July 14, 2025, using a randomized third-party selection tool (https://arbitery.com). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

The selected winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram on Monday, July 14, 2025. The winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. A valid shipping address will be required to receive the prize. If the prize is returned as undeliverable, the winner forfeits the prize. The prize will be shipped within 10 business days of receiving a valid response from the winner.
