Our summer internship program is designed for ambitious college students seeking real-world experience, professional development, and meaningful work in a fast-paced, innovative environment. From day one, interns contribute to impactful projects while gaining exposure to every stage of our business - from field operations to corporate strategy.

Mentorship & Career Development
Each intern is paired with a dedicated mentor who provides ongoing guidance, career insight, and support throughout the summer. This one-on-one mentorship experience helps interns build confidence, expand their professional network, and navigate early career opportunities.
Intern Academy: Learn the Business
Our Intern Academy offers an immersive introduction to Tanimura & Antle, giving interns a comprehensive view of our people, processes, and operations. From field to office, interns gain a deeper understanding of how innovation and collaboration drive our business.
Hands-On Internship Experience
Interns take on meaningful, hands-on projects that contribute to real business outcomes across departments. This experience allows interns to build practical skills, strengthen their resumes, and make a tangible impact during their time with us.
Leadership Exposure
Interns gain direct access to company leadership through experiences like our “Lunch with Leadership” during the Intern Academy. Many mentors also serve as leaders within the organization, providing valuable perspective, real-world insight, and additional opportunities for connection.
Signature Events & Experiences
Throughout the summer, interns take part in a variety of signature events designed to build connections, expand industry knowledge, and create memorable experiences. From company-wide gatherings to team outings - including a San Francisco Giants game - these moments offer a unique blend of professional growth and community.
