Making a difference
We believe investing in people creates a stronger future. Through scholarships for employees and their families, support for educational institutions like California State University, Monterey Bay, and tours for schools, colleges, and leadership programs, we're helping inspire and educate tomorrow's leaders.
We're proud supporters of agricultural education, sponsoring career fairs at leading California agricultural universities and colleges to connect students with opportunities in the fresh produce industry. We also support local FFA and 4-H programs by purchasing animals at county fairs, helping students develop valuable leadership, business, and agricultural skills.
Our commitment extends to community health and youth development as well. Tanimura & Antle employees have collectively donated more than $1 million to the American Cancer Society, while our company continues to support organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club of Monterey County, Youth Orchestra Salinas (YOSAL), The Salvation Army, and local youth programs that enrich the lives of children and families throughout our communities.
We also regularly contribute to charitable fundraisers, community events, and causes that matter most to our employee-owners.
