Living Lettuce is packed with roots attached inside a 100% recyclable mini greenhouse clamshell. This way we can protect the product and maintain optimal freshness. |

Store the remaining product in the fridge in the clamshell container. No water is needed and the roots will continue to provide essential nutrients to the leaves. |
