Growing Regions
At Tanimura & Antle, we grow on only the very best farm land at the ideal time of year for each vegetable variety. We have started the season is Salinas, CA with Hydro Butter Lettuce coming from TN and Artisan Red Onions from Hollister.
Good Agricultural Practices
All of our food safety programs are quality assured through many in-house and third-party auditors. We are able to offer per unit traceability on our KwikTrak'r wrapped lettuce, traceable back to the field where harvested.
