Sweet Gemâ„¢ Seafood Cocktail Lettuce Cups
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound small whole shrimp, cooked
- 1/2 pound imitation crabmeat
- 1/4 cup cocktail sauce
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 3 Tablespoons red onion, diced
- 2 Tanimura & Antle Sweet Gem™ Lettuce Hearts, chopped
- 20 Tanimura & Antle Sweet Gem™ Lettuce leaves, from 2 heads
- Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Mix shrimp together with imitation crabmeat, cocktail sauce, lemon juice, celery seed, red onion and chopped Tanimura & Antle Sweet Gem™ lettuce hearts.
- Season with pepper to taste and chill for 1 hour.
- Serve the seafood cocktail in Tanimura & Antle Sweet Gem™ lettuce leaves as an appetizer or luncheon salad.
