Italian Marinated Vegetable Salad
Ingredients:
- 4 Tanimura & Antle® Radishes, rinsed, thinly sliced
- 3 Tanimura & Antle® Celery stalks, rinsed, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, peeled, thinly sliced
- 1/2 small Tanimura & Antle® Sweet Italian Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives
- 1/3 cup prepared Italian dressing
Directions:
- Combine radishes, celery, carrots, onion and olives in bowl.
- Add dressing; toss to coat.
- eason with salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate, covered, 2 to 24 hours.
Serves: 4-6
