Italian Marinated Vegetable Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 Tanimura & Antle® Radishes, rinsed, thinly sliced
  • 3 Tanimura & Antle® Celery stalks, rinsed, thinly sliced
  • 2 carrots, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small Tanimura & Antle® Sweet Italian Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives
  • 1/3 cup prepared Italian dressing

Directions:

  • Combine radishes, celery, carrots, onion and olives in bowl.
  • Add dressing; toss to coat.
  • eason with salt and pepper.
  • Refrigerate, covered, 2 to 24 hours.

Serves: 4-6
