Iceberg Slice with Summer Berries
ngredients:
- 1 head Tanimura & Antle Iceberg Lettuce
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup crumbled soft goat's cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Directions:
- Core lettuce; rinse and drain well.
- Cut crosswise into 4 even slices.
- Drizzle lettuce slices with dressing.
- Top with berries, almonds and cheese.
Serves: 4
