Iceberg Slice with Summer Berries

ngredients:

  • 1 head Tanimura & Antle Iceberg Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled soft goat's cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Directions:

  • Core lettuce; rinse and drain well.
  • Cut crosswise into 4 even slices.
  • Drizzle lettuce slices with dressing.
  • Top with berries, almonds and cheese.

Serves: 4
