Creamy Cauliflower Gratin

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup seasoned or plain dry bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 head Tanimura & Antle® Cauliflower, rinsed, cut into 1" to 2" florets
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 small Tanimura & Antle® Sweet Yellow Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup prepared Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Toss bread crumbs with melted butter; set aside.
  • Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Drain; set aside.
  • Heat 1 Tbsp. butter in same pan over medium heat. Sauté onion until tender, 6 to 7 minutes.
  • Add Alfredo sauce and cheese; heat and stir until cheese is melted.
  • Add cauliflower; stir gently to coat.
  • Transfer mixture to buttered 1-qt. baking dish.
  • Top with breadcrumbs.
  • Bake in 400°F oven until bubbly and golden, 18 to 20 minutes.
