Creamy Cauliflower Gratin
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup seasoned or plain dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 head Tanimura & Antle® Cauliflower, rinsed, cut into 1" to 2" florets
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 small Tanimura & Antle® Sweet Yellow Onion, chopped
- 1 cup prepared Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Heat oven to 400°F. Toss bread crumbs with melted butter; set aside.
- Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
- Drain; set aside.
- Heat 1 Tbsp. butter in same pan over medium heat. Sauté onion until tender, 6 to 7 minutes.
- Add Alfredo sauce and cheese; heat and stir until cheese is melted.
- Add cauliflower; stir gently to coat.
- Transfer mixture to buttered 1-qt. baking dish.
- Top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake in 400°F oven until bubbly and golden, 18 to 20 minutes.
