Cranberry Pine Nut and Pear Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups Tanimura & Antle Romaine Lettuce, torn into
pieces - 1 cup Tanimura & Antle Iceberg lettuce, torn into pieces
- 1 cup Tanimura & Antle Endive Lettuce, torn into pieces
- 1 cup Tanimura & Antle Radicchio Lettuce, torn into pieces
- 16 onion and garlic croutons
- 5 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
- ½ cup cranberries, dried
- 1 ripe pear, cut into small chunks
- ½ cup fat-free red wine vinaigrette dressing
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl
and mix well. - Add dressing and toss.
- Serve immediately.
