Cranberry Pine Nut and Pear Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ cups Tanimura & Antle Romaine Lettuce, torn into
    pieces
  • 1 cup Tanimura & Antle Iceberg lettuce, torn into pieces
  • 1 cup Tanimura & Antle Endive Lettuce, torn into pieces
  • 1 cup Tanimura & Antle Radicchio Lettuce, torn into pieces
  • 16 onion and garlic croutons
  • 5 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
  • ½ cup cranberries, dried
  • 1 ripe pear, cut into small chunks
  • ½ cup fat-free red wine vinaigrette dressing

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl
    and mix well.
  • Add dressing and toss.
  • Serve immediately.

Serves: 4
