Cole Slaw with Dijon Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Tanimura & Antle green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup Tanimura & Antle red cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots

Dressing:

  • 1 1/2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 Tbs. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

Directions:

  • Combine dressing ingredients and whisk until blended.
  • Toss with main ingredients and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

Serves: 4-6
