Cole Slaw with Dijon Dressing
Ingredients:
- 4 cups Tanimura & Antle green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup Tanimura & Antle red cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
Dressing:
- 1 1/2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 Tbs. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1/8 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
- Combine dressing ingredients and whisk until blended.
- Toss with main ingredients and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
Serves: 4-6
