
Celery Fondue Pops
Dip, roll and enjoy this celery treat that will remind of you of a peanut butter cup.
Ingredients:
- 18 Tanimura and Antle Celery Stalks, cut into thirds
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter, unsalted
- 1/2 cup fat free cream cheese
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup mixed dried fruit, finely chopped
Directions:
- Arrange the celery stalks onto a large serving platter with 3 small bowls in the center.
- In a fourth small bowl whip together the peanut butter, cream cheese and chocolate syrup.
- Place mixture in one of the bowls.
- Place the raisins and dried fruit in remaining bowls.
- To serve: dip a celery stalk into chocolate fondue and then into topping of your choice. Enjoy.
