Celery Fondue Pops

Dip, roll and enjoy this celery treat that will remind of you of a peanut butter cup.

Ingredients:

  • 18 Tanimura and Antle Celery Stalks, cut into thirds
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter, unsalted
  • 1/2 cup fat free cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup mixed dried fruit, finely chopped

Directions:

  • Arrange the celery stalks onto a large serving platter with 3 small bowls in the center.
  • In a fourth small bowl whip together the peanut butter, cream cheese and chocolate syrup.
  • Place mixture in one of the bowls.
  • Place the raisins and dried fruit in remaining bowls.
  • To serve: dip a celery stalk into chocolate fondue and then into topping of your choice. Enjoy.
