Chefs Demonstrate Easy Prep of Artisan Lettuce

SALINAS, CA – Tanimura & Antle’s Artisan Lettuce® will be featured on the California Farm Bureau’s California Country TV program airing Friday, January, 8th and in the January/February edition of California Country Magazine.

In this month’s feature you will follow Tanimura & Antle’s Artisan Lettuce from field to fork. Highlighted in this edition is an interview with Tanimura & Antle’s Rick Antle and Gary Tanimura, in a field of Artisan Lettuce near the company’s headquarters in Salinas.

From the TA Kitchen, Jeannie Tanimura demonstrates how easy Artisan Lettuce is to prepare.
