On April 8, 2008, the Arizona Interagency Farmworker's Coalition (AIFC) honored Tanimura & Antle Fresh Foods, Inc. as the "Agricultural Employer of the Year." Brian Antle, Manager of the company's Baby Green Harvest Operations, and Larry Silva, Director of Human Resources, accepted the award on behalf of Tanimura & Antle.
