We had a luncheon in our Fire Prevention Division on Friday, where lasagna, garlic bread and Caesar salad were served. Two nights before the lunch, I purchased 4 bags of your romaine lettuce for our salad, cleaned it, tore it in pieces, put in plastic storage bags and kept it in the fridge. I took all the components to work on Friday and made the salad. I have to tell you that your lettuce is THE freshest, crispest, most flavorful romaine that I have EVER eaten. Everyone in the hall raved about how fresh the lettuce was! It was quite possibly the greatest Caesar salad that we have all eaten, and it was due to your romaine.
