Broccoflower® Recipes

A colored cauliflower, our Broccoflower®  is a delicious alternative to cauliflower and a good source of nutrients including vitamin C and folate.  When cooked, Broccoflower is sweeter and milder than cauliflower.  You can eat this vegetable raw but try it in a risotto or stir fry.  Branch out from the typical white cauliflower and live on the wild side!
