Artisan Dew Drop Asian Wedge Salad with Tamari Ginger Dressing


What You’ll Need:


1 Package, Artisan Dew Drop Cabbage

1 Cup Shredded Carrots

1 Cup Celery, Chopped

1 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped

4 Green Onions, Chopped

1/2 Cup Toasted Almonds, Chopped


1/2 Cup Mild Oil (e.g. canola, avocado, or sunflower)

1/3 Cup Rice Vinegar

2 TBSP Tamari or Soy Sauce

2 Cloves Garlic, Chopped

2 TBSP Honey or Brown Sugar

2 TBSP Peeled & Minced Ginger

1 TSP Toasted Sesame Oil


Dressing Instructions:

1)   Add all ingredients to a blender; blend until smooth


Chopped Salad Instructions:

1)  Quarter and rinse each cabbage vertically and place two wedges, touching, on each of four salad plates

2)  Toss the remaining vegetables together

3)  Divide equally among the four plates and pile between the four plates and pile between the two cabbage wedges

4)  Drizzle with as much dressing as desired and sprinkle with the chopped almonds
